Perfect for sharing on a hot summer afternoon with friends, or whipping up as a special treat for the kids, this delicacy is surprisingly easy to make, and perfect as a pick-me-up any time of day. Serve it up as an after-dinner dessert or keep it all to yourself at the end of a long, hard day of work. 

We also love making these delicious dark chocolate floats as a special treat for kids. Serve these at a child’s birthday party, or as a special addition to an end-of-week family dinner at home. 

To make this special treat even more special, top it with our Sugar-Free Whipped Cream, or add some sliced strawberries to the rim. 

 

Pro tip: We recommend chilling the glass before you make this delicious float, and even doubling or tripling the recipe so you have enough to share.

 

Here’s how to whip it up:

 Ingredients

  • 1 oz boiling water 
  • 3 tbsp. 5 Sparrows Sugar-Free Dark Cocoa
  • 8 oz club soda 
  • 1 - 2 scoops of Luna and Larry's Organic Chocolate Ice Cream
  • sweetened with agave. 

Directions

  1. Mix 1 oz. boiling water &  3 tbsp. 5 Sparrows Sugar-Free Dark Cocoa
  2. Add club soda, mix. 
  3. Top with ice cream 
  4. Enjoy Immediately!
