Low-Carb Whipped Cream

In this recipe, we turn traditional whipped cream on its head, sweetening it with our sugar-free White Chocolate Drink Mix.

  1. Measure 8 oz. of heavy cream into a pre-chilled, metal or glass mixing bowl.
  2. Using an electric stand mixer, start to whip the mixture on low speed.
  3. While mixing, add Sugar-Free White Chocolate Mix
  4. Turn the mixer on high and whip the cream and Sugar-Free White Chocolate Mix until stiff peaks form.
  5. Serve immediately.
