Salted Caramel Apple Crisp

Ingredients
For the apples:
- 3 honey crisp apples, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons 5 Sparrows Brand Salted Caramel
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
For the topping:
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 3 tablespoons 5 Sparrows Brand Salted Caramel
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
2.Add apple, butter and water and vanilla to pan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer
- Add salted caramel mix
- Stir until dissolved
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, 3 tablespoons Salted Caramel, oats and cinnamon. Mix until a crumble topping is formed.
- Add apples to greased baking dish
- Top with oat mixture
- Bake for 15 minutes or until topping is golden brown
