Low Sugar Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Bites
This snack or dessert tastes like little bites of fro-yo heaven without any of the sugar. You will love this quick, easy, indulgent yet healthy snack or dessert. It's the perfect summer snack, is kid-friendly and is made with ingredients you probably already have on hand.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons 5 Sparrows Brand White Chocolate Drink Mix
- 1/2 cup 5 Sparrows Brand Dark Cocoa Drink Mix
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
Directions
1. Combine strawberries, yogurt and white chocolate mix in a bowl
2. Mix well
3. On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, drop the yogurt mixture in 2-inch clusters. This recipe should make about 8 yogurt bites.
4. Freeze for 30 minutes or until frozen solid.
5. In a separate bowl, combine dark cocoa mix with melted coconut oil and boiling water. Stir until well mixed.
6. Remove yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each into the chocolate sauce.
7. Place chocolate dipped clusters back on the baking sheet and allow chocolate to cool and harden. Optional: place back in the freezer for a few minutes to speed up the cooling process.
