Keto Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup 5 Sparrows Brand Dark Chocolate Mix
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- ⅓ cup natural peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
- 4 tbsp 5 Sparrows Brand White Chocolate Mix
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkle of Maldon sea salt (optional)
- Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Directions
- 
Melt coconut oil 
- 
Stir in 5 Sparrows Brand Dark Chocolate Mix and mix well 
- 
Add in milk and stir until chocolate mix is smooth 
- 
Add half od chocolate mix to silicon muffin tins or molds 
- 
Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes 
- 
Combine nut butter, 5 Sparrows Brand White Chocolate Mix, vanilla, sea salt and cinnamon. Stir well. 
- 
Remove molds from freezer 
- 
Add 1 tbsp of nut butter mix to each mold and spread evenly on top of chocolate. 
- 
Place in freezer for 15-20 minutes 
- 
Remove molds from freezer 
- 
Add remain chocolate on top of nut butter 
- 
Place back in freezer for 15-20 minutes 
- 
Remove peanut butter cups from molds 
- 
Store in fridge or freezer
