Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (or bowl) of sugar-free cereal (we love this one, which is wheat-free, dairy-free, and packs 13 grams of protein per serving)

  • 1 cup of your milk of choice (regular milk, coconut milk, almond milk, and oat milk all work just fine)

  • 1 tablespoon of 5 Sparrows Sugar-Free Spiced Chai 

Directions

1. Place your cereal and milk in a bowl

2. Sprinkle the spiced chai powder over the top

3. Enjoy immediately!
