Sugar Free Chocolate Mug Cake

Fast and easy, ooey goey, sugar-free mug cake that will make everyone smile! It’s so much better to feel better, and we don’t want to sacrifice feeling good for this indulgent treat.
Grab your favorite mug and just a few ingredients and soon you've got a healthy and delicious breakfast or snack!
Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
- 2 Tablespoons 5 Sparrows brand Dark Cocoa Drink Mix
- 1 Tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- splash of vanilla
Instructions:
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe mug
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Microwave on high for 60 seconds, being sure not to overcook. If additional time is needed, microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Top with 1 Tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Enjoy!
