Salted Caramel Overnight Oats

 

Have you ever tried overnight oats? They are basically just the lazy version of regular oatmeal. Overnight oats are also easy to take on the go, and can be a nice change from hot oatmeal as the weather warms up. In addition, soaking oats can also make them easier to digest.  

 

And one of our favorite things about overnight oats is they are easy to customize for your flavor preferences. We made this version with 5 Sparrows Brand Salted Caramel Drink Mix, but you could use your favorite 5 Sparrows flavor and any of your favorite add-ins. Just pop your oats, milk, and flavorings in a bowl or tupperware, stir and leave in the fridge overnight. The mixture will thicken to give you beautiful, thick oatmeal that tastes great without the sugar (or the cooking)!

 

Ingredients

Optional: 

  • 1 scoop your favorite keto-friendly protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.

  2. Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly until combined.

  3. Divide mixture between bowls/storage containers and cover.

  4. Store in the fridge overnight until ready to eat. Enjoy!
