This Low Sugar Orange Creamsicle Smoothie is a delightful blend of tangy citrus and creamy vanilla, reminiscent of the classic creamsicle ice cream bar. It's the perfect refreshing treat to start your day or enjoy as a midday pick-me-up. The combination of fresh orange juice and vanilla creates a luscious, smooth texture, while the fresh orange juice adds an extra burst of flavor.

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp 5 Sparrows Brand Smoothie and Frappe Base
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sliced orange (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth

Ingredients:
- 16 oz cup ice
- 8 oz coconut milk
- ¼ cup 5 Sparrows Stevia Sweetened Frappe & Smoothie Drink Mix
- 1-2 drops Pineapple extract
- 2 oz White Rum
- Squeeze of lime (optional)
- Large Straw
- Drink Umbrella
Directions:
- Fill 16 oz glass with ice.
- Pour into the blender.
- Add 8 oz coconut milk, ¼ cup 5 Sparrows Stevia Sweetened Frappe & Smoothie Drink Mix), pineapple extract, and 2 oz white rum, and lime
- Blend and pour into a serving glass.
- Serve with a large straw and a cute drink umbrella.

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. can unsweetened coconut milk
- ½ cup 5 Sparrows Stevia Sweetened Dark Cocoa Mix
- ¼ cup 5 Sparrows Stevia Sweetened Frappe & Smoothie Drink Mix
Directions:
- Add coconut milk, dark cocoa mix and frappe and smoothie mix to a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into popsicle molds of your choice
- Freeze
- Enjoy!
Lower Carb Matcha Smoothie
You’ve heard all about matcha and now it’s time to join in on the crazy. Where do you start, though, and how do you make a matcha drink that truly knocks your socks off? We recommend starting with this delicious matcha creme smoothie. Offering the perfect balance of matcha, white chocolate, and a tasty coconut kick, this drink is a crowd-pleaser.
Made with creamy unsweetened coconut milk, matcha powder, and our own sugar-free white chocolate powder and frappe and smoothie base, this drink is chilly, delicious, perfectly sweet, and guaranteed to give you the kick you need in a low-energy moment.

Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Cup of Ice
- 4 oz. Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- ¼ cup 5 Sparrows Sugar-Free Frappe & Smoothie Base
- 2 tablespoons. organic matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons Sugar-Free White Chocolate Powder
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth
- Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Chocolate "Nice" Cream
Ingredients:
- 5 frozen bananas
- 1 lb pack frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk
- 1/3 cup 5 sparrows brand frappe base
- 6 scoops vital protein collagen peptides (unsweetened)
- 2/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Unsweetened Coconut flakes
- Natural peanut-butter
Chocolate drizzle:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3/4 cup cacao powder or 5 Sparrows Brand Dark Cocoa mix
- 1/4 cup PB2 powder
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp liquid stevia
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- In a high-powered blender, add your frozen banana, frozen cauliflower, and dairy-free milk. Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Add remaining nice-cream ingredients and blend until very smooth. Set aside.
- Place a glass bowl in a pan of water and heat over low/medium heat. Melt coconut oil and mix in all remaining chocolate drizzle ingredients. Stir until melted and smooth.
- In your ice cream container, layer your “nice-cream” with spoonfuls of the chocolate drizzle, natural Peanut-butter, and sprinkles of unsweetened coconut flakes.
- Cover and freeze for 12 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, set out for 10 min to soften, scoop and enjoy!
