The creamy, cool deliciousness of the blended frozen berries pairs perfectly with the just-right sweetness of our sugar-free white chocolate powder and the creamy coconut milk, while the vanilla protein powder gives this an extra-nutritious kick that will keep you full, power you up, and give you the energy you need to tackle the day.  

 

We love this berry bowl as a delicious breakfast or an afternoon snack. It’s also an excellent post-workout snack, and will help you repair sore muscles without sending your blood sugar into outer space or filling you up with a bunch of processed junk. Bonus - kids love it, and this is a GREAT dessert alternative for your next dinner party!

 

 

 

Here’s how to make it:

  • 1 cup triple berry blend frozen berries

  • 2 Tbls of 5 Sparrows white chocolate

  • 1/4 c coconut milk

  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (we like Hammer) Blend

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour berry mixture into a bowl and top with sliced bananas, nuts, whole fruit, coconut flakes, sliced kiwi, and a drizzle of honey.
